League Charter

The Triple FFF

Below are the official rules and precedents for the TRIPLE FFF Fantasy

Football League. With the changeover in the 2022 Season to a Dynasty

format, all rule changes are documented below. These are the league’s

golden tablets and serves

Dues and Payouts

League Dues

League dues are $000 every season and are due before the NFL Draft every year.

Payout Structure

League Winnings will be paid out as follows:

- $000: League Champion

- $000: League 2 nd Place

- $000: League 3 rd Place

Exit Fee

By nature of this being a not Dynasty League and rosters carry over annually (not), an exit fee

of $000 is owed for anyone that wants to drop out of the league and orphan their

team. This is to provide the new owner with a paid year to rebuild their team and to

incentivize potential owners to take over the orphaned team.

Dues and Payouts

Unlike Most leagues we play for honor. The distinction of being the greatest there ever was. And no little thing such as money shall get in the way of that. Side bets are encouraged though.

As such no penalty for last place will ever come in except for the standard vote to keep a given player in the league when they come in last place. These votes will come in the standard form suggested within the Iron Fist comics and the expulsion from k'un l'un. If there is no metaphorical dragon to defeat we will vote.

Scoring:

Before week 1 scoring is reset to# = (number of managers) Team .5ppr league. All other settings standard. Theme week changes revert unless a secondary rule effects that.

Format: League starts as a Redraft for the initial 2021 run and can become any other league including the double draft at the mid point of the season. Emporeor rules state anyone who wins twice in a row, or twice in one year will inact a hard reset for the following year.

Free Agency

General Format

Roster Settings

Free Agency

FAAB System

Waivers will operate on a Free Agent Auction Bidding system, or FAAB. Each team

will be given $420 FAAB each season to bid on waiver players. $0 bids are permitted.

FAAB resets after every draft on a new calandar year.

Daily Waivers

Waivers roll at 4am EST every day, with the exceptions of during the season where

waivers will only process Wed-Sun.

Free Agency Freezes

Free Agent acquisitions are frozen on Mondays and Tuesdays during the NFL

Season and in the Pre-Draft portion of the AATL Offseason.

Trades

Vetoes

All trades are assumed valid and process automatically. If an owner wishes to veto a

trade, they must request a league vote to the Commissioner. If the Commissioner

agrees, a league-wide vote will be held with the exception of the parties involved in

the trade. The veto must have a 2/3 majority of owners that cast a vote for the trade

to be overturned. The only grounds for veto is beyond a reasonable doubt collusion.

All votes stay open for 24 hours or until all owners have cast a vote. Exceptions may

be made in the case of a time-sensitive trade (games soon to kick off, etc.). Every

effort will be made to reach a decision before games begin, however in the event that

a veto decision is made after kickoff the trade will be rescinded regardless and the

players will be returned to their original teams. In the event there is a vacancy left in

the lineup after the trade is rescinded, the owner may attempt to fill that lineup spot

with an eligible player that has yet to kick off their game. If the owner is unable to

find a replacement, the lineup is in double jeopardy and they may fill the spot with any player currently on waivers.

Collusion

In the event a veto is made on the grounds of collusion, further action may be taken

if deemed necessary. Players vote on punishment. Collusion is legal though. You can just get reamed for it. Collusion is though, not honorable, therefore being caught colluding will pass up any playoff wins down the line. These charges are put through the precident of BILL & TED style time travel mechanics.

Trade Deadline.

None.

Regular Season

Matchups

Each team will match up with every opponent at in the league once hopefully.

Division opponents are each played twice for a total of a 14 game regular season.

Tiebreakers

If two teams are tied for first place for playoff entry, the tiebreaker

order goes as follows: # of wins, longest recorded field goal, If it is still tied, the winner of a game of (voted for game of skill) is entered. The vote is done by everyone nominated by the players within the tie, but not the players involved in the tie

Postseason

Playoff Format

The playoff field is made up of 6 teams and takes place over NFL weeks 15-17. Top

two seeds receive byes. The 1 seed plays the winner of the 4/5 matchup, while the 2

seed plays the winner of the 3/6 matchup. The Winner of those games meet in the

championship in week 17. Playoffs are not reseeded and it is a hard bracket.

Playoff Berths

Regular Season

Postseason

10

A total of 6 teams make the playoffs each year. They are the 6 teams with most wins. Unless someone has taken off in front of them.

Losers of their playoff matchups will then continue to play to determine final

standings. Losers of the Week 15 games will match up the following week, winner

placing in 5 th and the loser placing in 6 th . Losers of the week 16 games will match up

the following week, winner placing in 3 rd and the loser placing 4 th .

Berths

Seeding is determined by record comparison. Teams with the better records receive

higher seeds.

Seeding tiebreakers are done by Head-to-Head Record, then Points For and Points

against.

Toilet Bowl

The Toilet Bowl structure will mirror the Playoff structure with a few minor changes.

7 th and 8 th place teams will receive byes, with the 9 th place team matching up with the

12 th place team and the 10 th place team matching up with the 11 th . Winners advance,

with the winner of 9/12 playing 7 and the winner of 10/11 playing 8. Same structure

as the Playoff bracket with losers matching up to determine final standings.

Commissioner Oversight

Rule Changes

All future rule changes must be proposed to the commissioner via the secretary who will then put theproposal out to the group. A 2/3 majority of participating voters is required toinstitute a new rule. Rules can not be deleted, if you want a rule changed or removed you must add a rule to do so. All rules written in stone*.

Dispute Settlement

In the event of a conflict between owners, the commissioner can mediate the issue if

the point of contention affects league competitiveness and results. In the event of a

conflict between an owner and a commissioner ruling, the issue will be brought to

the league chat and a resolution will be reached democratically.
