Welcome to Tripl-ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tripl-ai mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by Tripl-ai ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Tripl-ai is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalized trip itineraries, provides destination recommendations, offers weather forecasts, and allows users to save and manage their travel plans.
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier includes limited features, while the premium subscription unlocks additional capabilities including unlimited trip generation, extended planning duration, smart route optimization, and unlimited saved trips.
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through your App Store account settings.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per account.
The itineraries and recommendations provided by the App are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. Information regarding business hours, pricing, availability, and directions may change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel-related information before making decisions or bookings.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App; (e) use automated systems or software to access the App without our permission; or (f) share your account credentials with third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tripl-ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the App, such as saved trips. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and all associated data will be deleted.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPL-AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tripl-ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tripl-ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
