These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Wayvio mobile application and related services. By using Wayvio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Wayvio provides travel planning, itinerary organization, place discovery, and AI-powered travel assistance. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Wayvio uses AI technologies to generate travel suggestions, place recognition results, and itineraries. AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying travel details before making decisions. Wayvio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AI-generated recommendations.

Travel Information Disclaimer

Travel information, locations, attractions, opening hours, routes, recommendations, and related content may change at any time. Wayvio is not responsible for:

• Venue closures

• Schedule changes

• Travel disruptions

• Booking issues

• Transportation delays

• Incorrect third-party information

Users should verify critical travel information independently.

Subscriptions

Wayvio Pro is available through automatically renewing subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans may include:

• Monthly Pro

• Yearly Pro

Subscription pricing may vary by region.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription management is handled through the user's Apple ID account settings.

Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Unused portions of free trials may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Intellectual Property

The Wayvio application, design, branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the service without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the service at any time and may delete their account through the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayvio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on this page.
