Imane is a senior at Trinity. She has loved math since she was young and her favorite topics include trigonometry and number theory. She has always strived to represent and empower women in stem, not only in Math Team, which she has competed in since freshman year, but in other clubs she leads such as Girls X Math and Upper School Math Tutors. Outside of Math Team, she loves the study of chemistry and physics. In her free time, she loves to go on runs, reading, and cooking.Â
Michael is a junior at Trinity. He has liked math since he was little, and he still enjoys it and likes to read about math. His favorite topics are geometry and number theory, though he appreciates almost all branches of math (he won't disclose which ones he doesn't). He likes trying to find apparent coincidences in math and exploring whether there is an explanation for them. Other than math, he loves running, swimming, and playing the piano, which he plays for one of Trinity's jazz bands.
Sanjiv is a senior at Trinity with a passion for using math to solve real-world problems. His favorite topics include geometry and trigonometry, and he enjoys teaching and sharing his love for math with others. Whether leading the Upper School CS Tutors program or volunteering as a teacher at Goddard Early Childhood Center, Sanjiv is dedicated to helping students succeed. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and working on creative projects, such as designing a sick air hockey table.
Vedant is a junior at Trinity School. He's been doing math since he can remember and loves to read and discuss it. He is deeply interested in all fields of math especially applied math and number theory. He loves recognizing the role that math plays in helping us to solve problems of a larger scope. Outside of the Math Team, he co-leads the Global Engagement Council and Trinity's South Asian Affinity Group. In his free time, he loves playing squash and listening to music.
