We’re now accepting applications for the Spring Bloom Craft Show in Walnut Bottom, PA. Before applying, please take a few minutes to read through the details below so everything goes smoothly.
Date: March 14, 2026
Show Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Set-Up Options:
• Friday, March 13 5:00–8:00 PM
• Saturday, March 14 6:30–8:00 AM
Vendors must be fully set up by 8:00 AM and stay until 2:00 PM.
Indoor Vendor Spaces:
• Approx. 8’x10’ or 4’x14’ in rooms
• 15’x3’ in hallways
Please note: Electricity and Wi-Fi are not available.
Vendor Fee:
• $50 for one indoor space
• Includes 1 six-foot table + 2 chairs
• Additional 6’ tables available for $5
Payment Reminder:
Please DO NOT send payment when you electronically submit your application. You’ll be notified by February 1st if you’re accepted. If selected, payment details will be sent and payment will be due by February 20th. Your spot is officially held once payment is received.

Debbie Urso and “Trinity Craft Shows” on Facebook are the only official points of contact. No other accounts or individuals are authorized to confirm participation or accept payment.

No items or behavior that include inappropriate language, alcohol, or drugs will be tolerated.
