Founder – Dr. Muhindo Godius
Trinity Medical Centre was founded by Dr. Muhindo Godius after years of witnessing preventable suffering caused by delayed medical response, lack of basic diagnostic services, and limited access to emergency care in the community.
This was not a comfortable decision — it was a calling. With faith, sacrifice, and personal commitment, Dr. Godius began mobilizing health workers, first responders, and community volunteers to ensure that no patient is left without help simply because services are too far away.
From the very beginning, he has personally overseen staff coordination, emergency response planning, community sensitization, and the development of the Centre’s long-term hospital building vision. Even in the face of financial limitations, his leadership has remained focused, disciplined, and hopeful.
Dr. Godius leads Trinity Medical Centre with one core belief:
Every life matters, regardless of income, location, or background.
Leadership Vision
The leadership of Trinity Medical Centre is committed to ethical governance, transparency, accountability, and patient-centered care. Our vision is to build a fully equipped healthcare institution that grows responsibly, step by step, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.
