Registration

1) Read the Parent Handbook, and complete the Enrollment Application online, and pay the Registration Fee. $75 Registration Fee is due upon enrollment. Class placement is not guaranteed until Registration Fee is paid in full. 

*Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Notice: Jr. Kindergarten MWTh is currently full. If you wish to be on the waitlist, please select Jr. Kindergarten MWTh as your 1st Preference on the Enrollment Application, and SELECT ANOTHER CLASS as 2nd preference.

2) If you opted out of the Child Profile Questionnaire section of the online Enrollment Application, download the following PDF file, and email or mail the completed form to Trinity Lutheran Preschool within 30 days of Enrollment Application submission.

3) Download the following PDF forms, and email or mail the completed forms to Trinity Lutheran Preschool within 30 days of Enrollment Application submission to guarantee your child's place in the school.

A child health care plan with physician signature must be submitted to the Director 30 days before the start of the school year for any child with allergies, asthma, or any other condition requiring medication in an emergency. This includes medication for seizures, Epipen®, or other auto injection devices, or inhalers. 

4) If you have agreed to sign the Sunscreen Waiver, download the following PDF form, and bring the completed form to Trinity Lutheran Preschool on the first day of school. You may also email or email the form.
