Through initiatives like Support and Matching, we guide the unemployed towards fulfilling careers or vocational education, bridging socio-economic gaps for societal integration.

Since our establishment in 2019, we've grown exponentially, earning accolades for our exceptional performance. As a proud member of the Stockholm municipality's Integrations packet, we've helped over 1,700 individuals find employment or education, driven by our commitment to creating an inclusive labor market and responsible social community.

In 2021, Trim Tab expanded its horizons, embarking on European projects in collaboration with Erasmus plus, focusing on Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Adult education. Since then, we've played crucial roles as coordinators and partners in numerous projects, leveraging our expertise to drive positive change on an international scale.
