This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Trigrid (“Application”), created by Bennet Kurmann (“Service Provider”), located in Germany. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information to provide functionality and display advertisements.
Consent Management: In compliance with the GDPR and the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), the Application uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain your explicit consent for personalized advertising. Your preferences are stored locally on your device and can be managed or withdrawn at any time within the Application’s settings.

We utilize third-party services that process data as independent controllers to serve ads and analyze performance. These services may collect technical information such as your IP address and advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID):

4. Children’s Privacy
The Application is intended for a general audience. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For users identified as children, third-party providers are instructed to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate advertisements in accordance with COPPA and GDPR.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. 6. Data Retention and Security
The Service Provider does not host personal data on private servers.
Local Data: Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are removed upon uninstallation.
Third-Party Data: Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies linked in Section 3.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
