Tri Cap Wrestling Camp is November 1st & 2nd. Practice Starts November 7th (Mandatory Parent Meeting). Please see the registration page for more info!

Please see the calendar on this page and on the tournaments page for important dates!
Regular season practice is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15pm-8pm in the Helias High School Wrestling Rooms. Please see the updated calendar on this page to reflect dates when practice will NOT be held due to gym conflicts or holidays.
If Helias High School cancels due to inclement weather, practice will also be cancelled.

CLUB PURPOSE

The purpose of TRI-CAP Wrestling Club is to provide Catholic youth with opportunities to develop wrestling skills and abilities in a safe, fun and competitive environment at a low cost to parents.

The TRI-CAP wrestling club is closely aligned with the Helias Catholic High School wrestling program to better prepare youth wrestlers for future success competing at the high school and collegiate levels.
