Next Up - Saturday, March 16th, 2019 Ben Merritt Kickoff Individual Low Gross/Low Net
As the new season approaches we do suggest that you familiarize yourself with all the new rule changes. They will be in effect when we start play this year. We have provided a link below that is an excellent review of the new changes. Our local committee is also opting to include 2 rules that should speed up play that are now allowed under the new rules of golf.
1. A triple bogey maximum score on every hole will allow players to pick up their ball after exceeding that maximum.
2. The out of bounds/lost ball relief option will be allowed for players to drop in the proper relief area if their ball is is deemed lost or OB after a three minute ball search has been concluded with the addition of a two stroke penalty.
Welcome to the TRGA
The Two Rivers Golf Association was chartered in 1991 to create golf tournaments at Two Rivers Golf Course that encourage members of all ability levels to participate in competitive golf events. We use the USGA rules and the GHIN system of handicapping to promote our events in a fun and fair manner, and to provide fellowship to both amateur and professional golfers throughout the Nashville & Middle Tennessee area. TRGA sponsors two golfing events per month from March through November on a yearly basis, and with a growing membership we are always looking to invite new members.
