During my time in this class, I learned skills that I wish I had learned earlier. My first favorite skill is creating a table of contents in Word, which makes it much easier for readers to navigate and access information. My second favorite skill is using the Insert Citation tool. I had never been taught this before, so I always added citations manually without realizing there was a much easier way.
