What I learned in this unit is to avoid opening spam emails and not to respond to messages from people pretending to be someone they are not. I have experienced this before, not through email, but on Instagram, which showed me how easily personal accounts can be targeted. This taught me to be more cautious and verify messages before interacting with them.
