Presentation Guide

There will be three types of oral presentations:

Keynote talks: 40 min + 5 min discussion

Invited talks: 27 min + 3 min discussion

Contributive talks: 13 min + 2 min discussion

We ask all presenters to come before their session to the podium and test their presentation for a smooth transition during the session.

Beamer and presentation format  is 16:9.

The poster should be printed in format A0 vertically. Material to fix the posters will be provided.

Note that there will be three best poster award price worth $100 each and sponsered by the IEEE Magnetism. The announcement will on Thursday, 19th of June.
