A midwife of technical expertise

1. The undergraduate program aims to prepare students to practice at the full scope of the Certifed Professional Midwifer credential through the demonstration of broad, inegrative, and specialiized knowledge.

A midwife of professional excellence

1. The undergraduate program aims to prepare students to practice within their own communities and synthesize applied and collaborative learning. Students will engage in the materinity care system professinally ethically at all times.

A midwife of personal greatness

1. The undergraduate program aims to prepare studens for refelctive practicee and a perpetual commitemnt to contribute to the professionalization of direct-entry midwifery.

2. The undergraduate program aims to prepare gradutates to educate others in their profession and in their communities.

Professional and Personal Goals

1. Academic Achievement:

• Maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above throughout my Bachelor's of Science in Midwifery program.

2. Clinical Placement:

• Secure a position in a consistent and reputable birthing practice.

3. Global Service:

• Provide midwifery services on a global scale, contributing to communities in need.

4. Community Building:

• Establish and nurture a birthing and postpartum support community in my local area and the regions I serve.

5. Holistic Midwifery Network:

• Build and maintain a network of midwives dedicated to holistic care practices.

6. Herb Garden:

•  Create and maintain a garden for growing medicinal herbs used in my practice.
