Booking procedure-

• A slot can be booked by clicking on "Trek Booking Form". 

•  Confirm the slot by paying half of the trek charge.

•  Sharing the ID proof pic is necessary. If payment is made Online, a screenshot is necessary to send to the number -7094061960 

Cancellation policy-

1. Cancellation by participant :

• On or before the 15th day - full refund   

• From 15 th day to 7 days before the trek- 60% of the total charge will be refunded.

• From 7 days before the trek - No refund .

2. Cancellation by Trekplore India Management :

• In the event of natural calamities or any unforeseen circumstances (Political unrest, Government-imposed ban, Extreme weather conditions or any situation which affects the trip happening -Beyond TI's control) -  , the Total amount will be repaid.
