Ordering

• You can use the google form on my website, DM me on IG, email me at angel.cakess48@gmail.com to place your orders. 

• Please place small orders 1-2 weeks in advance & large, or very detailed orders, 3-4 weeks in advance!!

• • A small order is anything feeding 25-30 people. 

  • A large order is anything feeding 50-100+ people

Payments & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required for ALL orders at the time the order is placed. Final payment is due 5 days or 1-2 weeks before pickup/delivery (depending on the size of the order). 

• If a deposit has not been paid within 24 hours, you will have to re-order. 

• There is a $25-$75 rush fee for last minute orders (depending on the size of the order).

• 🏃🏽‍♀️💨 For a rush order, final payment is due at the time the order is placed. 

Payments

• Electronic payments include Cashapp, Zelle, Applepay (I do not accept Paypal or Venmo)

• Cash payments are only accepted if the order is $50 or less. 

Delivery & Pickup

• Since I am home based, pick-ups will be in a public setting. Please pick up on time! If you are running more than 20 minutes late for pick up, we will have to change the pick up time.

• Delivery fee will range depending on the the location of delivery or if we are meeting half-way.There is not a flat rate for delivery.

• Please keep in mind that I am located in Middlesex County.

Refunds or Cancellations 

• I do not offer refunds. That includes damage that happens after pickup or delivery or any last minute cancellations. If you can return the product the same day - unopened, undamaged & untouched - we can work something out. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

• Due to the nature of baked goods being perishable, & because these orders are customized, I cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

• Once an order is out of my hands & in your care, I am no longer liable for it. Please follow cake care instructions and instructions on how to care for, store, & serve your orders.

• Ghosting, non-responsiveness, &/or last minute cancellations will result in the order not being made. I will not proceed with making the order and I will be keeping the deposit.

• Please keep an open line of communication, as this is a small business. If I do not hear back from you within 1-2 weeks from the due date, confirming the order & giving the remainder of the payment for the order, I will be keeping the deposit & I will assume that the order has been canceled. I will not proceed with making the order.

💍 Wedding Orders

• Orders for smaller weddings may be placed at any time, based on availability.

• Tiered wedding cakes and large dessert orders (such as cupcakes, mini cakes, or dessert tables) should be booked 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability.

• Cake tastings are offered in a public setting for a $50 fee, which includes a selection of flavors and fillings.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date.

• Custom designs are finalized during consultations. Feel free to share inspiration photos or palettes ahead of time.

• Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee, based on location and order size.

General Need-to-know

• I don’t copy other artists work. I’ll gladly use your inspo photos, but your order will always get my creative spin.

•  If you inquire more than once & ghost, unfollow, or block my account after I mention pricing, you will be banned from any future ordering.
