Most of my pastries feature a rich, brown butter base that adds a delectable depth of flavor to every bite. For my cakes and cupcakes, I use a unique hybrid whipped buttercream - my own special recipe! This buttercream is lighter and fluffier than traditional American buttercream, making it simply addicting.
