Terms and Condition

| ORDER

• We open this service as a group order. So, we'll open order by batch and please be alert with the due date of close order.

• This group order will minimize your shipping cost compared to self buying.

• We accept personal order from Thai/China apps and you can request what kind of item you want (refer to personal order page), we'll try our best to find it. For purchasing service from reseller, we'll not be responsible if anything happen since we've not dealing with them before.

• Most of the items are preorder, and willingness to wait is a must (unless stated ready stock or otherwise).

• There are three channels as the platform for this service at the moment.

• The order status will be always been update in order status masterlist.

| PAYMENT/REFUND

• 1st payment is the item's price + EMS(int, shipping) + all fees.

• We accept online/bank transfer, ShopeePay, TnG, BigPay, Wise and PayPal transfer.

• Drop your PAYMENT PROOF after make payment.

• Strictly no cancellations once you placed order!

• 2nd payment is for local shipping ONLY and will be paid once the items arrive Malaysia.

Local shipping:-

Semenanjung/WM(west Malaysia) - RM8

Sabah/Sarawak (East Malaysia) - RM15 (<1kg) [depends on item's weight]

• Local payment notice + google form will be given once the items arrived Malaysia, for local shipping payment and shipping details.

• Strictly no cancellations during local payment or else the items will be sold to anyone else.

• No refund will be given unless item ordered sold out early than expected ONLY.

• Will be NOT RESPONSIBLE/REFUND if the items being CONFISCATED by the Malaysia's customs (not under our control) or lost/missing during the shipment to Malaysia.

• Will just do our best to get the items and will consult with the customers if there's issues happen.

| PURCHASE 

• The items stated is from the trusted seller and official store only.

• Overall Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) is within 2 months after batch closing/item purchased (it can be earlier but please expect delay since it's depends on when the company will start to ship).

• ETA from Thai to Malaysia is around <15 days, depends on the international logistic.

• 2nd payment/ local payment will be inform through your dm/email once the items arrived in Malaysia, so please be alert with your soc media and email nakaa.
