1. CHINA ONLINE PURCHASING (Personal Order)

• We accept personal order of the items that you want to buy in China apps.

• Kindly provide the link or image about the item that you want to us.

• We'll try our best to get the items that you want.

• Any question or information about the item that you want to know, can kindly contact us.

2. THAI ONLINE PURCHASING SERVICE (Personal Order)

• We accept personal order if the items that you are looking for is not in our website/social med.

• We will check the stock of the item either it's still available/in stock or not, then inform to you.

• We'll try our best to get the items that you want.

• The price will be in the same range price with group order, unless your items need Thai shipping and Thai bank service.

• Any question or information about any item that you want to know, can kindly contact us.

• Just go to our social media below and dm us, then our services will reply you asap :)

3. THAI SELLER PURCHASING SERVICE

• We can deal/buy from Thai sellers through Twitter(X), Instagram or Line.

• Kindly provide the link or image about the seller and the items that you're interested.

• We will not being responsible if the seller or your items being scam since you're the one who provide the seller to us.

• Service fee: RM5/seller

4. THAI FIND&FOUND SERVICE

• This service is for helping you to find the items from that you want from the Thai seller/reseller.

• It may takes time since we have to find them carefully and also to prevent from scammer out there.

• We will just find the items and the seller, you need to deal with the seller yourself after that.

• Service fee: RM3/item

5. THAI&INDO BANK TRANSFER SERVICE

• This service will take times since we use our proxy to make the transaction.

• You just have to provide us the Thai bank's details and the amount for the transaction.

• For Indo transfer, we'll use Wise since it got the cheapest international transaction fees among all and we'll ask you to provide the seller's details as provided.

• Service fee: RM5/transaction not inc tax

6. THAI WAREHOUSE SERVICE (Thai seller only)

This service only available for purchasing with Thai seller only. Anything purchase from online will be under online purchasing service (personal order). We will give you our Thai address and you need to give us the picture and the tracking number of the items. We will not receive any items if we didn't get any details about the items or customer got our address from someone else. These price below already include with EMS (international shipping to Malaysia):-

• Shirt/hoodie/pants/hat/bag/blanket/doll/magazine -

Price: RM20/item

• Boxset/album/photobook -

Price: RM23/item

• Sensitive goods - goods contain liquid/batteries/branded/electrical appliance/skincare/foods/CD&DVD -

Price: RM25 and above/item (depends on the item's weight and quantity)

7. THAI TICKET PURCHASING SERVICE (Live Streaming & RERUN only)

• Ticket will be purchase at the moment after the agreement is made.

• You need to provide your email in order to receive the access code.

• You would receive an email with access code within 24 hours.

• We would send the ticket purchase proof through your email after you've done the payment.

• Ticket price stated in website do not include service fees by the website and international transaction tax.

• Service fee: RM10/ticket

8. HOTEL SHIPPING SERVICE (Hotel in THAI only)

• This service is only available to use if your items already ARRIVED at our Thai warehouse, and you will be at Thailand before your items being ship to Malaysia.

• There's no additional fees needed since the items that you've ordered are already included with all fees. So, the fees for international shipping will be pay for your hotel shipping service fees.

9. ARTIST VOTING SERVICE (PAID VOTING ONLY)

• This service only available for voting that required payment to vote only.

• You need to provide us the link of the website, and do let us know which artist you would like to vote.

• All vote is protected and will not being publish/share, except for the voters only.

• Service fee: 

1-500 THB - RM1 

501-1,000 THB - RM2

1,001-5,000 THB - RM3

5,000 THB and above - RM5

• We will provide the voting proof with time stamp after done voting.
