Task Force Activities:

• Develop an information-rich database of expert reviewers and work closely with other subcommittees to recruit more reviewers.

• Develop paper review guidelines for AED50 paper review volunteers to use.

• Refine the paper scoring and ranking process to improve the quality of the accepted papers.

• Recruit expert reviewers from transportation and other related areas to join the taskforce and volunteer in the review process.

• Closely follow the research trends in AI and advanced computing applications and work with the Research Task Force to identify topics for developing call for papers for TRB Annual Meetings, TRB AIM, and other AED50 sponsored workshops and conferences.

• Assist with the paper review for any conferences and workshops sponsored by the AED50 committee.
