Welcome to my webpage. I am an associate professor at the University of Georgia. My research interests focus on the economics of food, health, and nutrition, with a focus on food assistance programs. I teach a spectrum of classes from undergraduate principles of microeconomics and an upper-level food policy course, to a PhD-level course on consumer demand theory and applications.
