⏰ Flight Times

Venezolana Airlines:

• PMV → POS: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

• POS → PMV: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Rutaca Airlines:

• PMV → POS: 11:30 AM – 12:10 PM

• POS → PMV: 1:40 PM – 2:20 PM

📋 Entry Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

• Yellow Fever Vaccine required (local immunization card accepted)

• Must present:

  • Roundtrip ticket

  • Hotel reservation voucher

⚠️ Travel Conditions (Applies to BOTH Airlines)

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable

• Changes must be made at least 4 days prior

• Change fee: $50 USD (~TTD $375 at 7.50 rate)

• No-shows = full loss of ticket

• Corrections may incur additional airline fees

• Immigration requirements must be met or boarding denied

✈️ Venezolana Specific Notes

• Booking deadline: April 30th, 2026

• Deposit: $1900 per person required by April 30th to secure package

• Payments must be made directly to supplier via credit card (due to USD limitations)

• Operator in Trinidad: Swissport

✈️ Rutaca Specific Notes

• Manifest deadlines:

  • Thursday departures → Monday 12 PM

  • Sunday departures → Wednesday 12 PM

• Change fee: TTD $750

• Tickets can be rescheduled within 1 year (fees apply)

• Flexible/custom payment plans available

• Single Occupancy: $4000 per person

• Children (2–10 yrs): $2550 per child

📝 HOW TO BOOK

Step 1: Submit Your Information

Send the following via WhatsApp or Email:

• Full name , contact and email address of main contact person

• Number of travelers (adults and kids - ages of ALL kids)

• Travel dates

• Room occupancy (single/double/triple)

Step 2: Receive Your Quote

You will receive:

• Package details

• Total cost

• Payment deadline

• Booking requirements

Step 3: Make Payment

Payment options:

• Credit Card (recommended for Venezolana bookings)

• Debit Card via Paywise (processing fee applies)

• Bank Deposit / Transfer

Step 4: Submit Documents

• Valid passport copies for all travelers

• Contact information for main traveler and one other traveler as well as two emergency contacts who is NOT travelling with you.

Step 5: Booking Confirmation

Once payment and documents are received:
✔ Flights are secured
✔ Hotel is confirmed
✔ Travel confirmation is issued within 24  to 72 hours depending on method of payment

💡 Important Booking Notes

• All passengers must travel on the same charter flight with a confirmed hotel

• Late payments may result in loss of space

• Early booking is strongly recommended
