Travelust & Tripsy is an independent, online-based travel agency registered in Trinidad & Tobago. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Third-Party Services – Travelust & Tripsy acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, car rentals, and other travel-related services). We do not own or operate any travel services and are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of service provided by these third parties.
Pricing & Availability – All prices, availability, and offers are subject to change without notice. Travelust & Tripsy does not guarantee pricing accuracy beyond the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds – All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers. Travelust & Tripsy is not responsible for any penalties, delays, or losses incurred due to cancellations, changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Documents & Requirements – Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. Travelust & Tripsy is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Force Majeure – Travelust & Tripsy is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Liability Limitation – Travelust & Tripsy is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers or due to client negligence.
1. BOOKING POLICY
All bookings require full payment or a deposit as determined by the respective travel provider.
Payment methods include credit card authorization, direct bank deposits, and online transfers.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirmation.
2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment deadlines must be met to secure reservations.
Cancellation fees may apply and are subject to the terms of the travel provider.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the provider’s policy.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information.
Clients must review and comply with all travel restrictions, entry requirements, and health regulations.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
4. AGENCY RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelust & Tripsy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
The agency may update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
The agency is not responsible for unauthorized bookings, fraudulent transactions, or disputes with third-party providers.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from services provided by Travelust & Tripsy will be handled under the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
Clients agree to resolve disputes through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

By booking any travel package, consultation, or related service with Travelust & Tripsy, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Travelust & Tripsy is an independent travel agency registered in Trinidad & Tobago. We act solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation services, and other vendors. We do not own or operate these services and are not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any third-party provider.
We make arrangements on behalf of our clients based on available and accurate information at the time of booking but make no warranties regarding the availability, quality, or reliability of third-party services.
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Quotes may vary due to currency fluctuations, taxes, surcharges, and other applicable fees (including baggage, resort, or departure taxes).
Quotes do not include travel insurance, visa/entry fees, medical/vaccination costs, or other travel-related expenses unless explicitly stated. Payments made via credit card may incur additional processing fees.
All bookings require either a deposit or full payment based on the policy of the respective provider. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without notice.
Payment plans, when offered, are subject to specific written terms and do not guarantee a locked-in price unless clearly specified. All payments made are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if available, are governed by the policies of third-party providers.
In the case of force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or governmental actions), refunds are not guaranteed. Travelust & Tripsy will make reasonable efforts to assist with rescheduling or compensation but cannot issue refunds for services we do not control.
Clients are solely responsible for:
Possessing valid passports and visas.
Meeting entry, health, and vaccination requirements.
Arriving at departure locations on time.
Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
We are not liable for any travel disruptions, rejections, penalties, or expenses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing documentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelust & Tripsy, including its employees and agents, shall not be held liable for any:
Losses, damages, delays, or injuries,
Miscommunications or changes by third-party providers,
Emotional distress or inconvenience,
Loss of personal belongings.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the net amount actually received by Travelust & Tripsy for the affected portion of the service, less any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable charges imposed by third-party providers. This limitation reflects the agency’s role as a booking intermediary and not as the provider of travel services.
Sample Refund Scenario:
If a client cancels a travel package valued at $5,000 TTD, and the hotel provider imposes a cancellation fee of $1,500 TTD, only $3,500 TTD would be eligible for refund from the provider. Let's say Travelust & Tripsy retained a small percentage of the package cost as commission—approximately $500 TTD in this example—while the rest was remitted to third-party service providers. The refund would be calculated based on the funds actually received and retained by the agency.
For example:
Package Price: $5,000 TTD
Cancellation Fee (Hotel): $1,500 TTD
Refund from Provider: $3,500 TTD
Agency Retained Amount (e.g. commission or processing): $500 TTD
Refundable to Client (maximum): $3,500 - $500 = $3,000 TTD (if full payment passed through the agency)
In some cases, service providers may remit refunds or credits directly to the client. If Travelust & Tripsy has not received the refundable portion from the provider, the agency cannot issue a refund. If Travelust & Tripsy has not received the refundable portion from the provider, the agency cannot issue a refund.
All refunds are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the third-party providers. Non-refundable components and agency commissions are typically not reimbursable. If the service provider does not issue a refund, Travelust & Tripsy is not obligated to reimburse the client.
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travelust & Tripsy, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, or legal proceedings (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising directly or indirectly from:
Any breach of these terms and conditions,
Misuse or unauthorized use of Travelust & Tripsy's services,
Failure to comply with the terms, conditions, or policies of any third-party service provider,
Any act, omission, negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or unlawful conduct committed by the client or anyone traveling under their booking,
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the booking process or while traveling.
This indemnity obligation shall survive the completion of travel services and/or termination of the agreement.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or cancel any aspect of our services, including these terms, without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of such updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Port of Spain.
We encourage amicable dispute resolution and may offer informal mediation, but we are not obligated to resolve issues under duress or threats.
All services provided by Travelust & Tripsy are offered strictly "as is" and "as available." Travelust & Tripsy makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to:
The quality, safety, reliability, punctuality, or availability of any third-party service provider (e.g., hotels, airlines, or tour operators);
The accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of any information provided through promotional materials, brochures, emails, verbal recommendations, or third-party links;
The outcome, enjoyment, or satisfaction of your travel experience, including but not limited to expectations of amenities, service standards, itinerary execution, or personal preferences;
Any claims made by third-party vendors or inaccuracies found in their promotional materials.
You acknowledge that travel inherently involves risk, and Travelust & Tripsy does not promise specific experiences, outcomes, or guarantees regarding your travel arrangements.
Clients are responsible for understanding and accepting the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers. Travelust & Tripsy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data issues resulting from third-party services.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Travelust & Tripsy. No verbal or informal communication shall override the provisions herein.
