Geo Traveler:
Geo Traveler would be used as a Main DPS with either Zhongli or Albedo as a support. Zhongli could be used to give a shield to Traveler, which would trigger the set bonus for the Retracing Bolide set, which Increases shield strength and while having a shield active, Traveler could gain an additional 40% Normal and Charged Attack DMG. This could also be paired with the sword weapon Summit Shaper which also increases shield strength by 20% and increases ATK furthermore. Moreover, having Albedo as a support for Traveler could allow for more energy particles to be gained, which would be a good way to build Traveler as a GEO DPS with his Q ability being the main source of damage output if built with Energy Recharge.
2pc Archaic Petra + 2pc Gladiators Finale: This set is used best when Geo Traveler is your main DPS. Archaic Petra’s 2-pc bonus gives you a 15% Geo DMG bonus, while Gladiator’s Finale’s 2-pc bonus gives you 18% ATK bonus which increases your overall DPS.
2pc Archaic Petra + 2pc Noblesse Oblige: This set is best used when Geo Traveler is a Burst Support. 2-pc Archaic Petra gives you a 18% Geo DMG bonus while 2-pc Noblesse Oblige increases your burst DMG by 20%, thereby providing maximum damage output in the said role.
4pc Retracting Bolide - This set is best used when your team has a reliable shield supplier (like Zhongli, Diona, Noelle, etc.) and the traveler should be a physical DPS. The 2-pc bonus might not be of much use, but the 4-pc bonus gives you an additional 40% normal and charged attack DMG bonus.
4pc Archaic as support (Idk whether it works) - The 4-pc bonus of Archaic Petra might sound elusive on paper and you might think of using this on a Support Traveler, but in reality, it is heavily not recommended as it is highly inconsistent.
2pc Archaic Petra + 2pc Gladiators Finale: ATK% Sands + Geo% Goblet + Crit Rate% or Crit DMG% Circlet depending on artifact sub-stats and weapon of choice.
2pc Archaic Petra + 2pc Noblesse Oblige: ATK% Sands + Geo% Goblet + Crit Rate% or Crit DMG% Circlet depending on artifact sub-stats and weapon of choice.
4pc Retracting Bolide: ATK% Sands + Physical% Goblet + Crit Rate% or Crit DMG% Circlet depending on artifact sub-stats and weapon of choice.
4pc Archaic - ATK% Sands + Geo% Goblet + Crit Rate% or Crit DMG% Circlet depending on artifact sub-stats and weapon of choice.

Primordial Jade Cutter:
Traveler’s BiS weapon. It has a jaw-dropping sub-stat of 44.1% Crit Rate at lvl90, with a base ATK of 542, with a decent passive which increases HP by 20% and provides an ATK bonus based on 1.2% of max HP at refinement 1. Using this sword should get you rid of all Crit Rate related issues (and let you freely choose a Crit DMG% circlet), especially since artifact rng is occasionally known to be unfavoring to us. Although refinements are really hard to get, you shouldn't be worried about it even a bit.
Summit Shaper:
With 608 ATK and 49.6% ATK% sub-stat, this sword packs a powerhouse of ATK, which further combines with the passive that increases ATK by 4%/hit for 8s (stackable 4 times), moreover, when protected with a shield this effect gets increased by 100% (at R1), as long you have a reliable shield supplier (like Zhongli and Noelle) the full potential of this sword should be easy to achieve.
Blackcliff Longsword:
It has a Crit DMG% bonus sub-stat which goes upto 36.8% at lvl 90, with a base ATK of 565. It has a decent passive as well. At refinement 1, it increases ATK by 12% after defeating an enemy for 30s. This effect is stackable thrice, and the duration of each stack is independent of the other. Although this might sound elusive in paper, in reality, the passive is inconsistent and will be highly unfavourable against bosses and elite enemies. However, this shouldn’t worry you. This sword is a great choice for CC situations, and it will help you in getting rid of Crit DMG issues as well. Moreover, refinements are easier to get, since the Blackcliff Series of weapons appears in Paimon’s Bargains every alternate month.
The Black Sword
With 510 ATK and 27.6% Crit Rate at lvl90, this sword has a decent base stat and packs a great all-rounder passive. At R1, 20% damage increase on normal/charged attacks is already a good passive, combined with the heal from second passive and the Traveler's "Second Wind" passive making the Traveler have good sustainability especially in Spiral Abyss. The Crit Rate substat should be able to solve the lack of Crit Rate from artifacts. This sword is easy to obtain and refine, albeit it requires you to pay monthly for Gnostic Hymn.
As you can see, hold E has a longer range and you can manually choose the location.
Tap E spawns the pillar in front of you. This can be risky and obstruct vision.
How it works:
Similar to Xiao’s E, Traveler’s E upon explosion destroys Dvalin’s shield with ease.
Simply place 3 geo constructs on 1 end of the platform stand near it. Wait for Dvalin to land and do his breath attack. Once the breath attack starts, run away. The Geo constructs will explode after a bit, leaving a knocked down Dvalin.
