An infant is a passenger who has not yet reached 2 years of age and is not occupying a seat. Such a passenger generally pays 10% (ticketing code: IN90) of the applicable normal or special adult fare unless international travel is between the following sub–areas, where travel is free of charge between Canada and Mexico.
