Even though Stromboli is one of the most active volcanoes on earth, having corruption constantly off the Stromboli island but it is in fact one of the most visited volcanoes. And I chose this picture as it shows how comfortable tourists are and it shows how they can view its primordial beauty of this island.

The Great Wall of China

During the 8th century B.C.E., the Zhou dynasty–era state of Chu began construction on the wall to protect against foreign invaders. Thus, the reason why I chose this picture is because of the historical background.

Flathead Lake- Montana

I chose this picture is because it is the largest natural freshwater lake by surface area that is west of the source of the Missouri River in the contiguous United States. Recreation on and around the lake includes: sailing, power boating, waterskiing, swimming, fishing, picnicking, and camping makes the trip to Montana even more interesting.

Holi-Festival of colours

The Holi Festival is celebrated as a way to welcome in spring, and also is seen as a new beginning. The reason why I chose this picture because it shows that this unique festival only occurs in a few countries and it is such a positive tradition/culture for why it is celebrated.

Rome's Colosseum

Rome’s Colosseum, an ancient architectural marvel and the world's largest amphitheatre, came in at No. 1. Italy was a fan favourite, with the Vatican Museums of Rome and Venice’s Grand Canal also ranking in second and in 10th place, respectively. And the reason I chose this picture is because the unique infrastructure was built by the Jewish slaves and it has a history that is depicted on the Arch of Titus.

CHINA

This article basically summarises 6 very interesting locations that can be visited at night in South Korea such as beautiful and iconic arts and crafts in Hangang Park where people can sit there to enjoy the breeze and admire the Hangang Bridge lights. In addition, popular spots such as the Seoul Fortress Wall and Gangneung where locals usually go to experience a breath-taking view of the city, and these places are hotspots because k-dramas and locals song albums are film there. And another place that the article recommended was the Daegu Seomun Night Market, a place for people to feast a buffet of snacks while also enjoying cultural performances. And one of the most iconic landmarks that was once stood by Hyun Bin, the Hantangang Sky Bridge. With the drama, Crash landing on You, featuring this bridge, many have then visited for a magnificent view of the sunset.

One takeaway from this article is physical geography. South Korea has 4 different season which are Spring, Summer, Autumn and Dry winter. With places such as Gangneung which is a popular beach located in the east coast of South Korea. It is stated in the article that it gets a lot breezier from December to March since it is winter season, and it advised tourist to visit South Korea before that period to increase the activities that tourists can do in warmer seasons.

The second takeaway from the article is the appeal of destination. Places such as the Daegu Seomun Night Market includes a variety of culture, traditional food and performing arts can satisfy a tourist who is in need to feel competent on the scale of expenditure or performances. Knowing that food is what brings everyone together, this destination is one location that most tourist will give a visit regardless of age. Additionally, since Running Man (popular Korean variety show) has feature this market, it will influence more tourist to go there. These locations are all suitable for young kids to senior citizens because the activities are seeing the amazing view.

Lastly, the article also mentioned about how tourist can be deeply connected to some of the attractions and cultures displayed at those locations. For example, in Daegu Seomun Night Market, tourists will definitely appreciate the traditions and cultures from the food and performances. Not just that, tourist will also have ease and convenience while going there because it is 350metre long night market so it can be easily spotted. This large space allows consumers to eat and enjoy the performances at ease.
