Disclosure Statement:

Trash 2 Treasured does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, physical or mental health, sexual orientation, or any characteristic protected by law, and is in compliance with all requirements of law and regulations with respect to the provision of services, employment decisions, and volunteer participation.

Information provided is completely voluntary and used in the process of adopting an animal through Trash 2 Treasured Rescue.

Unless required by law Trash 2 Treasured does not share your information, and Trash 2 Treasured follows the privacy act, disclosure and exceptions that are outlined by the USDA. Trash 2 Treasured reserves the right to retain personal information for internal records. Unless otherwise stated by law, records will be retained for 7 years.

The Privacy Act prohibits the disclosure of a record about an individual without the written consent of the individual (“No Disclosure without Consent”). Information shared might include but not limited to your contact and demographic data. It may also include other details you have provided about why you might be a good fit for a particular pet. If you do not want to share this information, you should not introduce yourself to a pet or submit an inquiry or application.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children below the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think that your child under 13 has given Us data, you can contact Trash 2 Treasured via Facebook Messenger.
