Project Management & Coordination:

• Dimitris Souliotis President of INPLANET : Responsible for the overall planning, partnership management, and coordination of the youth exchange, ensuring a seamless experience for participants from Greece, Cyprus, and Serbia.

• Panagiotis Banias Member of INPLANET - Dissemination & Digital Communications. Responsible for managing the project’s online presence—including Facebook and other social media channels—to document daily activities, share upcycling creations, and promote the project's impact to a wider audience.

• PIERRE-LOUIS BISET - Webmaster & Digital Content Manager. Pierre oversees the program's official website, keeping it updated with project progress, participant highlights, photo galleries, and essential resources to ensure a seamless digital experience for our community and partners.

•  Spyros Demiris - Accommodation & Logistics Coordinator. Spyros oversees all aspects of participant accommodation and catering, ensuring a comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming environment throughout the program.

Artistic & Workshop Facilitators:

• Giannos Theodoulou:  Artist and educator guiding participants through upcycling techniques, material repurposing, and transforming everyday waste into meaningful art installations.

Youth Leaders & Mentors:

• Dimitris Souliotis, Boghos Avetikian, Jelena Ristic: Supporting intercultural dialogue, daily group activities, reflection sessions, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment at Camping Kato Alissos.
