Potentiometer Sketch
Potentiometers work by taking the voltage from a wiper that is connected to a knob, that when you turn it it contacts a rail that is electrically charged between + and -. The volatage at the wiper is relative to the distance between the two points. The arduino uses this and assings that voltage a number, and that number is the amount of times the LED blinks.
