For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide car seats, as requirements vary based on a child’s age, weight, and height, and we cannot guarantee proper compliance with these requirements. However, you are welcome to bring your own car seat, and we’ll gladly store it for you until your return trip.

Yes, service animals are always welcome. For pets, small animals under 20 lbs. in a secure carrier are typically allowed with a $25 surcharge. For larger pets, approval and any additional fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

The amount of luggage you can bring depends on the type of vehicle. If you have strollers, wheelchairs, scooters, or other bulky items, please contact us so we can recommend the best vehicle for your needs. In some cases, excess luggage may require an additional surcharge or a separate vehicle.

• Sedans (1–3 Passengers): Accommodates up to 2 large bags or 4 smaller bags, plus up to 4 carry-ons and 1 set of golf clubs. If you have two sets of clubs, space typically allows for two smaller bags and two carry-ons.

• SUVs (1–6 Passengers): Fits up to 4 large bags, 6 smaller bags, and 6 carry-ons. Can hold a maximum of 4 sets of golf clubs with 1 carry-on per passenger.

• Limousines (1–8 Passengers): Holds up to 4 large bags, 6 smaller bags, and 6 carry-ons. Limited to 2 sets of golf clubs, along with 1 carry-on per passenger.

No, there is no additional charge for bringing golf clubs or skis.

Yes, a $20 surcharge applies to trips scheduled between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Yes, we are available; however, a $25 surcharge applies for travel on all Federal Holidays.

If the stop is on or off your route, the fee starts at $20 per stop, plus an additional $1.00 per minute for waiting time.

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to your fare. If you prefer to tip in cash, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the proper arrangements.

Since we can only monitor arriving flights, we require at least 2 hours' notice if your departing flight is canceled. Without prior notice, the full charge will still apply.

Yes, we automatically monitor arriving flights, so a minor delay of 15 minutes or less is usually not an issue. However, if your flight is canceled, significantly delayed, or rebooked, you must contact us—or have someone contact us on your behalf—to update your reservation. We only charge if we are not notified of the changes in advance. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule, availability may vary, especially during weather-related disruptions.

If your luggage is lost or delayed, please notify us right away. Be aware that if we need to wait for your bags—especially if they’re arriving on a different flight—additional waiting time charges may apply.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in our vehicles. If you believe you left something behind, please contact us to arrange pickup, meet the chauffeur, or discuss return options. If we need to deliver the item to you, a fee of at least the full original trip charge will apply. For items that need to be shipped, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs plus a minimum $50 fee to cover the time required to deliver the item to the shipper.

Our waiting time rate is $1.00 per minute.

A no-show is treated as a cancellation without proper notice and will be charged the full fare. If we dispatch a vehicle as scheduled and you are not present at the pickup location, you will be billed in full, regardless of the circumstances.

Our cancellation policy is included in your confirmation email and can also be viewed online using the link provided in your booking details.

All cancellations must be made by phone at 312-637-9800 to receive a valid cancellation number. No-shows and late cancellations for any reason will result in a full charge to the credit card on file. Please note that deposits and prepaid services on all reservations are non-refundable.
