Existing information on transportation is stored in this Google folder. The folder contains a list of the characters studied and the court cases researched. It also includes photos from the Maryland Center for History and Culture archives of other cases brought against the B&O Railroad — not relevant to segregation, but a glimpse into the B&O's management style.

Future researchers are encouraged to look into the General Committee on the Separate Car Law of the Maryland state legislature (bills from 1902, 1904, 1908).

Future researchers should also further examine the Garrett Papers to see if any affiliates of Johns Hopkins were associated with the complaints against the company.
