By downloading, installing, or using  Translator -  AI Voice & OCR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

  Translator is a mobile application that provides:

• Real-time voice translation in 20 languages

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for photo translation

• Text translation services

• Bilingual conversation mode

• Text-to-speech functionality

• Translation history management

3. License to Use

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

• Use the App to violate any local, state, national, or international law

4. In-App Purchases

Premium Features

• The App offers premium features through in-app purchases

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store

• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law

• Subscription terms and pricing are clearly displayed before purchase

Billing

• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

• Apple App Store terms and conditions apply to all purchases

• Contact Apple Support for billing issues or refund requests

5. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any text, voice, or images you process through the App

• You are solely responsible for the content you translate or process

• You must have the right to use any content you submit for translation

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Translate content that violates any laws or regulations

• Process content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

• Violate intellectual property rights of others

• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the App's functionality

6. Third-Party Services

Google APIs

The App uses Google Cloud services (Translate API, Cloud Vision API, Speech-to-Text API) for translation functionality. Your use of these services is also subject to:

• Google Cloud Terms of Service

• Google APIs Terms of Service

Apple App Store

Your download and use of the App is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions and Usage Rules.

7. Translation Accuracy Disclaimer

No Warranty of Accuracy

• Translations are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy

• We do not guarantee that translations will be 100% accurate or appropriate for all contexts

• Professional translation services should be used for critical or legal documents

• Voice recognition and OCR technology may contain errors

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for verifying translation accuracy when needed

• Critical communications should be verified by professional translators

• We are not liable for any consequences of translation errors

8. Privacy and Data

Local Storage

• We do not collect or store personal information on external servers

• Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling

API Processing

• Translation requests are processed by Google APIs

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property or that of our licensors

• These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to content you create or own

• We do not claim ownership of your translations or processed content

10. Disclaimers

"AS IS" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

No Warranties

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF TRANSLATIONS

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRANSLATION ERRORS OR INACCURACIES

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Any content you process through the App

13. Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device

• Uninstalling the App terminates your license to use it

By Us

• We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms

• We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately

• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

14. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

• We may provide updates to improve functionality or security

• Updates may be required for continued use

• You are responsible for downloading and installing updates

Terms Updates

• We may update these Terms from time to time

• Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date

• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new Terms

15. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available worldwide, but some features may be limited by local laws or Google API availability in certain regions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Morocco.

Dispute Process

Before legal action, we encourage contacting us to resolve disputes informally.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
