九六.繞步搬攔捶
(一).由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,身左擰,重體移左腿,收右腳繞步至左腳前落地,同時雙拳下落,由右向左向上劃圈,高與左耳平,面對東北,如圖285。
Posture 96. Coiling Step, Deflect, Parry, and Beat with Fist
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Twist the body towards the right and shift the body weight onto the left leg. Draw in the right foot and coil it around, dropping it to the ground in front of the left foot. At the same time, drop both fists downward and draw a circle which goes from the right to the left, and then [rising] up to the level of the left ear. Face the northeast, as in Figure 285.

(二).由前式右腳不動,左腳前邁一步,身隨蹲曲膝,坐實右腿。同時雙拳隨身向前向右下搬攔壓平成陽拳,左拳在前,右拳在腰側,氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳,面東,目視左拳,如圖286。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep the right foot motionless and take a step forward with the left foot. Squat the body down and bend the knees to sit solidly on the right leg. At the same time that the body goes forward, both hands move towards the lower right with a deflect and parry. [Both fists] press down [yā] and end in Yang fists, with the left fist in front and the right fist at the side of the waist. Sink the Qi to the Dantian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the two fists. Look at the left fist and face the east, as in Figure 286.

(三).由前式鬆腰起身,徐徐吸氣,蹬開右腿成左弓步,同時右拳向前冲出成立拳,左拳變掌扶右肘內,面對東北,目視右拳,氣沉丹田以貫注右拳,如圖287。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and raise the body. Slowly inhale and push through the right leg to end in a left bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, punch the right fist forward as a standing fist, and change the left fist into a palm that is supporting at the inside of the right elbow. Look at the right hand and face the northeast. Sink the Qi to the Dantian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the right fist, as in Figure 287.
