九五.彎弓射虎
由前式右腳落地成馬步,徐徐吸氣,兩腳不動,兩手握拳,先向右前壓斫,然後隨腰轉擰,肘至右側提起向上繞,雙拳隨向前貫出,左立拳在下,右翻拳在上,兩拳虎口相對,高與頭平,重體移置右腿,仍為馬步,氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳,目視雙拳,如圖282,283,284,連貫作成。
Posture 95. Bend Bow, Shoot Tiger
[Continuing] from the previous movement, drop the right foot to the ground to end in a horse stance [mǎ bù]. Slowly inhale and keep both feet motionless. Grasp both hands into fists and at first press down [yà] and chop [zhuó] to the upper right. After that, [withdraw] the elbows to the right side as the body twists [to the right]. Then, raise both fists, coiling [them] upward and piercing forward with the left standing fist on the bottom and the right reversed fist on the top. The tiger’s mouth of both fists face each other at head level height. Shift the body weight onto the right leg while still maintaining the horse stance [mǎ bù]. Sink the Qi to the Dantian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the two fists. Look at fists, as in Figures 282, 283 and 284. [All movements] are linked together.
