Posture 94. Double Foot Swing
[Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit solidly on the left leg. Twist the body to the right, turning towards the northwest. Swing the right foot to the upper left and wind it around to the right. At the same time, coil the right hand together with the left hand up and to the right, then down and to the left, coiling in a circle that is in the opposite direction of the right leg. [As the hands circle], they pass in front of the body above the top of the right foot, as in Figures 279, 280 and 281. [All movements] are linked together, ending to face the northeast and looking forward.
