九三.轉身左劈面掌
(一).由前式徐徐吸氣,左腳坐實身右轉,合右腳跟面西。同時右掌向右撥按,左手变陽掌置腰際,面對西方,目視右掌,如圖277。
Posture 93. Turn the Body, Left Splitting [Palm] to Face
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit solidly on the left foot. Turn the body towards the right, and [turn] the right heel to face the west. At the same time, use the right palm to push aside [bō] and push down [àn], while the left hand changes to Yang palm at the side of the waist. Look at the right palm and face the west, as in Figure 277.

(二).由前式身繼右擰,右腿坐實,左腳向西扣半步。同時左掌由右掌背上向前穿出,再劈成陰掌,右掌置左脇下,氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳,目視左掌,如圖278。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, continue to twist towards the right and sit solidly on the right leg. Take a half step with the left foot turned inwards towards the west. At the same time, pierce the left palm forward over the back of the right palm, and then split [pǐ] with a Yin palm. The right palm is at a place below the left armpit. Sink the Qi to the Dantian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the two palms. Look at the left palm, as in Figure 278.
