九〇.下勢
由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,兩腳不動,後坐右腿,身下鋪。同時左掌收囬胸前成立掌,左肘下沉襠前,右手鉤掌向後向上挑,比肩梢高,頂頭前看,如圖273。
Posture 90. Glide Down
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet motionless, sit back on the right leg and spread the body downward. At the same time, draw in the left palm to a standing palm in front of the chest, sinking the left elbow down in front of the groin. Raise the right hand as a hooked palm up towards the back with the tip at shoulder level height. The crown of the head faces forward, as in Figure 273.
