七八. 翻身撇身捶
(一).由前式鬆,腰徐徐吸氣,後坐右腿,扣左腳尖,身右轉面西南,右手握拳隨身向上向後翻,左手提肘成陰掌,扶於右肘高內,目視右掌,如圖232。
Posture 78. Turn the body, throwing hit with fist
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit back on the right leg and turn the left toes inward, turning the body towards the right to face the southwest. As the body turns, grasp the right hand into a fist and flip it up towards the back. Lift the left elbow to end in a Yin [should be standing] palm which supports at the inside [of the arm] at the height of the right elbow. Look at the right palm, as in Figure 232.

(二).由前式鬆腰,身繼向後轉,坐實左腿,右腳向西北移半步,同時蹬開左腿成右弓步。右拳隨身翻轉向後撇擊成陽拳,左手陰掌自右臂上向前推按,右拳收囬腰際,氣沉丹田,目注左掌,面西,如圖233。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and continue to turn the body back [towards the right]. Sit solidly on the left leg and shift the right foot a half step towards the northwest. At the same time, begin to push through the left leg to end in a right bow stance. As the body turns, roll the right fist over and throw it forward to strike using a Yang fist. At the same time, move the left Yin palm over the right arm and push [tuī àn] to the front. Withdraw the right Yang fist to the edge of the waist, and sink the Qi to the dan-tian . Face the west and look at the left palm, as in Figure 233.
