七七. 扇通背
由前式鬆腰起身,徐徐吸氣,坐右腿,左腳前進半步成左弓步。同時右手上架,左手由右臂外向左前方上托,兩掌虎口相對,手心朝前,右手置於右額前,左掌前按,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,面東,目視右掌,如圖231。
Posture 77. Fan Through the Back
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit solidly on the right leg, and take a half step forward with the left foot to end in a left bow stance. At the same time, block upward with the right hand, and move the left hand underneath the outside edge of the right elbow and then raise it upward to push [tuō ] forward. The tiger mouths of both palms should be opposite each other, with the center of the hands facing forward. The right hand is at a place in front of the forehead, and the left palm pushes [àn] forward. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms . Look at the right [should be left] palm and face the east, as in Figure 231.
