七五. 摟膝拗步
(一).由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,身左轉對東,坐實右腿,提起左腳跟,身下蹲,同時右肘上提,右手立掌於右耳身,左掌向下落過右膝成陰掌,護於襠前,面東南,目前視,如圖227。
Posture 75. Brush Knee Twist Step
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body towards the left to face the east. Sit solidly on the right leg, raise the left heel, and [bend the knees] to squat the body down. At the same time, raise the right elbow up and use the right hand as a standing palm beside the right ear. Drop the left palm down and draw it [inside of] the right knee, ending in a Yin palm that is guarding in front of the groin. Look forward and face the southeast, as in Figure 227.

(二).由前式鬆腰,上身徐徐向左擰,面東,左腳前邁一步,右腿蹬開,左腳撑住成左弓步。同時右手隨身轉順鼻尖向前平貫,右肘下沉,左手摟過左膝,頂頭塌腰,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,如圖228。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly twist the upper body towards the left to face the east. Take one step [towards the east] with the left foot. Begin to push through the right leg and brace through the sole of the front left foot, ending in a left bow stance. At the same time, move the right hand as the body turns, and then pierce it forward until it is in line with the tip of the nose. Sink the right elbow down, and draw the left palm across the left knee. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms, as in Figure 228.
