七一. 斜飛勢
(一).由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,右腳尖稍扣,左腳前移點地,坐實右腿。同時左掌向左襠內插,右手立掌囬護左肩前,面東北,目前視。如圖218。
Posture 71. Slant Flying
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the toes of the right foot in slightly. Move the left foot to touch the ground [next to the right foot] and sit solidly on the right leg. At the same time, plant the left plam inside of the left groin, with the right hand as a standing palm that is guarding in front of the left shoulder. Look forward and face the northeast, as in in Figure 218.

(二).由前式鬆腰,左腳向左前方(東北)邁一步,仍坐右腿。同時左手向前上挑成立掌,右手向右下撑成陰掌,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,面東北,目視左掌,如圖219。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and take one step with the left foot towards the front left (northeast) while still sitting on the right leg. At the same time, raise the left hand upward to the front to end in a standing palm. Brace [chēng] downward with the right hand, ending in a Yin palm. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the left palm and face the northeast, as in Figure 219.
