七〇.順步倒攆猴
(一):起式。由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,右獨立步不動,左手提肘,左掌置於左耳外,右手变陰掌,向前下方按撑,目視前掌,面東,如圖210。
Posture 70. Smooth Step Back, Repulse Monkey
(1) Beginning Posture: [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and and slowly inhale. [Keep the feet] motionless standing soley on the right leg. Raise the left elbow so that the left palm is outside of the left ear. Change the right hand to a Yin palm that is pressing down [àn] and bracing [chēng] towards the front. Look at the forward [right] palm and face the east, as in Figure 210.

(二):由前式鬆腰,左腳後落一步成右弓步,同時左掌由左耳側向前貫出按平,右掌落下置於右膝外側,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,目視前掌,面東,如圖211。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and drop the left foot back with one step to end in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, pierce the left palm forward from beside the left ear and press downward [àn] at [shoulder] level. Drop the right palm down to the outside of the right knee. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the forward [left] palm and face the east, as in Figure 211.

(三):由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,身右擰坐左腿,同時左手以肘為軸,向內劃圈成陽掌下壓,右手向右後劃立圓,提肘立掌於右耳側,目視左掌,面東,如圖212。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and and slowly inhale. Twist the body towards the right and sit on the left leg. At the same time, use the left elbow as an axis and draw an inward circle with the left hand, ending in a Yang palm that is pushing downward [yà]. Draw a vertical circle with the right hand towards the right rear, raising the elbow so that the palm is standing at the side of the right ear. Look at the left palm and face the east, as in Figure 212.

(四):由前式鬆腰,身左擰,坐左腿,同時右掌隨身左擰,由右耳外向前貫出按平; 左陽掌收囬腰側,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,面向東,目視右掌。成左倒攆猴,如圖213。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and twist the body towards the left, sitting on the left leg. At the same time that the twists left, pierce the right palm forward from the outside of the right ear and then press [àn] at [shoulder] level. Draw in the left hand as a Yang palm at the side of the waist. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the right palm and face the east. End in Left Step Back, Repulse Monkey, as in Figure 213.

(五):由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐實左腿,右腳退至左腳側點地,同時右手以肘為軸,後下向內繞上向外变成陽掌向下壓; 左手從下繞後向上成立掌在左耳側,目視右掌,面東,如圖214。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit solidly on the left leg and move the right foot back until it is touching the ground beside the left foot. At the same time, use the right elbow as an axis, coiling the right hand inward to the lower rear and then outward towards the front, ending in a Yang palm that is pressing downward [yà]. The left hand also coils towards the lower rear and then goes upward, ending in a standing palm that is outside of the left ear. Look towards the right palm and face the east, as in Figure 214.

(六):由前式鬆腰,左腳順直不動,右腳後退成中定步。同時左手变陰掌,由右掌上貫出按平,右手陽掌,收置腰側,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,面東,目視左掌,成右倒攆猴,如圖215。
(6) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and keep the left foot motionless facing straight. Step the right foot back to end in a center setting stance [zhōng dìng bù]. At the same time, change the left hand to a Yin palm and pierce forward to press down [àn] over the right palm at [shoulder] level. The right hand draws into the the side of the waist as a Yang palm. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the left palm and face the east. End in Right Step Back, Repulse Monkey, as in Figure 215.

(七):由前式徐徐吸氣,坐實右腿,左腳退至右腳側點地。同時左手以肘為軸,向內劃圓变陽掌壓平,右手向後繞上成立掌在右耳側,目視左掌,面東,如圖216。
(7) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit solidly on the right leg. Step the left foot back until it is touching the ground next to the right foot. At the same time, use the left elbow as an axis, coiling the left hand inward to the [lower rear and then outward towards the front], ending in a Yang palm that is pressing downward [yà]. The right hand also coils towards the [lower] rear and then goes upward, ending in a standing palm that is outside of the right ear. Look towards the left palm and face the east, as in Figure 216.
