六七. 左金雞獨立
由前式鬆腰,左腳尖外擺約30度,左膝向上頂,右腿後蹬,体重前移起身,再提起右腿左腳獨立。同時左手立掌向前挑穿再向下按平成陰掌,右手变陽掌,由腰側向前由左掌背上向前方刺出,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,目視右掌,如圖207。
Posture 67. Left Golden Cock Stands on One Leg
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and turn the toes of the left foot outward 30 degrees. With the left knee pushing upward, push through the right rear leg and shift the body weight [to the left leg] and raise the body. Then, lift the right leg to stand soley on the left foot. At the same time, raise the left hand forward as a standing palm piercing [chuān] forward, and then press it down [àn] at [chest] level to end in a Yin palm. Change the right hand to a Yang palm, sending it forward from the side of the [right] waist and then stabbing [cì] it forward over the back of the left palm. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the right palm, as in Figure 207.
