六八.落步右劈面掌
由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,右腳向前落地成右弓步。同時右手翻成陰掌,向前劈按,左掌仍不動, 置於右肘下,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,目視右掌,面東,如圖208。
Posture 68. Dropping Step [Forward], Right Splitting Palm to Face
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and and slowly inhale. Drop the right foot forward to the ground to end in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, flip the right hand over to end in a Yin palm, and split [pī] forward to press down [àn]. Keep the left motionless at a place under the right elbow. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both palms. Look at the right palm and face the east, as in Figure 208.
