六六. 下勢
由前式鬆腰徐徐吸氣,兩腳不動,後坐右腿身鋪,同時左掌收囬胸立掌,左肘下沉襠前; 右手鉤掌向後向上挑比肩高梢,兩膝尖向上頂勁,左肘下及地,頂頭前看, 如圖206。
Posture 66. Glide Down
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet motionless, sit back on the right leg and spread the body. At the same time, draw in the left palm to a standing palm at the chest, sinking the left elbow down in front of the groin. Raise the right hand as a hooked palm up towards the back with the tip at shoulder level height. Push energy to the tops of both knees and point the left elbow towards the ground. The crown of the head faces forward, as in Figure 206.
