六四.雲手
(一).由前式徐徐吸氣,坐右腿先扣左腳,隨身轉正對南方,再收右腳靠左腳並立,曲膝下蹲。同時左掌隨身左擰下落,右掌向左抄托,目視左掌,面對東北,如圖194。
Posture 64. Waving Cloud Hands
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit on the right leg. First, turn the left foot inward as the body turns to face directly south. After that, [sit on the left leg] and draw in the right foot until it is side by side with the left foot, bending the knees to squat down. At the same time [as the foot draws in], twist the body towards the left and drop the left palm down, while the right palm folds [under the left arm as if] supporting [something]. Face the northeast and look at the left palm, as in Figure 194.

(二).由前式兩腳不動,身右轉。同時右手隨身轉向上向右雲撥,左手下落隨身轉向右側抄護襠,目視右手,面對西南,如圖195。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep both feet motionless and turn the body towards the right. As the body turns towards the right, wave and push aside towards the upper right with the right hand, dropping the left hand to fold [under] towards the left side to guard the groin. Face the southwest and look at the right hand, as in Figure 195.

(三).繼前式身向右擰,面西北,徐徐沉氣,同時右掌向右後雲撥向西北按平,左手向右脇抄托成陽掌,與右手陰掌上下相對,目視右掌,面對西北,成右雲手,如圖196。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, twist the body towards the right to face the northwest and slowly sink the Qi. At the same time, wave and push aside towards the right rear with the right palm, pushing [àn] [at shoulder] level towards the northwest. The left hand folds and supports [i.e., rounds] towards the right ribcage, ending in a Yang palm. [The left Yang palm] and the right Yin palm are opposite each other above and below. Face the northwest and look at the right palm, ending in Right Waving Cloud Hands as in Figure 196.

(四).由前式徐徐吸氣,坐右腿身左轉,左腳東移一步成馬步,同時右[左]掌向上向左雲撥豎掌於面前,右掌下落向左抄護襠前,面對東南,目視左掌,如圖197。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit on the right leg. Turn the body towards the left and shift the left foot to take one step towards the east, ending in a horse stance [mǎbù]. At the same time, wave and push aside up and towards the left with the left palm up in front of the face. Drop the right palm and fold it towards the left to guard the groin. Face the southeast and look at the left palm, as in Figure 197.

(五).繼前式身向右[左]後擰,面對東北徐徐沉氣,同時左手向左後雲足按平,右手向右脇抄托成陽掌,目視左掌,面對東北,成左雲手,如圖198。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, twist the body back towards the left to the northeast and sink the Qi to the dan-tian. At the same time, wave and push aside towards the left rear with the left palm, pushing [àn] [at shoulder level towards the northeast]. The right hand folds and supports [towards the left ribcage], ending in a Yang palm. Face the northeast and look at the left palm, ending in Left Waving Cloud Hands as in Figure 198.

(六).由前式徐徐吸氣,身右轉,手繼續向右雲。作法與(二)同,面對西南,如圖199。
(6) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and turn the body towards the right. The hands continue to waving to the right, similar to the method described in part (2). Face the southwest, as in Figure 199.
