五七. 轉身抱虎歸山
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣 坐右腿, 扣左腳,身右後轉向西。同時右手下摟至右膝前, 提左肘立掌置於左耳側, 面向西, 目前視, 如圖157。
Posture 57. Turn, Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the right leg and turn the left foot inward. Then sit on the left leg, and turn the body back towards the right to face the west. At the same time, [drop] the right hand downward, drawing it to the front of the right knee. Lift the left elbow and move the left standing palm to the side of the left ear. Face the west, as in Figure 157.

(二). 由前式, 坐實左腿, 右腳向右後方西北隅, 移成右弓步, 徐徐沉氣。 同時右手繼續摟過右膝外側成陰掌, 虎口向裏; 左掌向前貫出, 目視左掌,面西北, 如圖158。
(2) Continuing from the previous movement, sit solidly on the left leg and take one step with the right foot towards the northwest corner, changing to end in a right bow stance. Slowly sink the Qi. At the same time, continue drawing the right hand to the side of the right knee, ending in a Yin palm with the tiger's mouth facing inward. Then, move the left hand pierce towards forward. Look at the left palm, as in Figure 158.

(三). 由前式徐徐吸氣, 兩腳不動, 鬆腰坐左腿成中定步, 右手由右側向上劃圓弧, 再向前與左手合抱成右琵琶式, 徐徐沉氣, 目視右掌 ,面西北,如圖159。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale. Keeping both feet in place, relax the waist and sit on the left leg to end in a center setting stance [zhōng dìng bù]. Move the right hand to draw an arc, going up to the right, and then to the front. The right and left hands together form the "Play Guitar Right" posture. Slowly sink the Qi. Look at the right palm, and face the northwest, as in Figure 159.
