五一. 披身踹腳
由前式鬆腰起身, 右腳站稳, 左腿屈提, 氣沉丹田以貫注四肢, 然後用左腳外側向身左横踹, 同時兩掌向左右平撐, 目視左腳, 如圖141。
Posture 51. Spread the Body, Kick Foot to Trample
[Continuing] from the previous posture, relax the waist and raise the body. Stand firmly on the right foot and raise the left leg while bending [at the knee]. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the four limbs of the body. After that, use the outer edge of the left foot to kick horizontally towards the left of the body. At the same time, brace with both palms to the left and right at [shoulder] level. Look at the left foot, as in Figure 141.
