五〇. 坐盤勢
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,右腳尖外擺, 身右轉面南, 左腳跟提起點地, 同時兩拳变掌, 左右分開, 手心向上, 目前視, 如圖139。
Posture 50. Sitting on Crossed Legs
(1) [Continuing] from the previous posture, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Swing the toes of the right foot outward and turn the body towards the right to face south. Lift the left heel and touch the ground [with the ball of the foot]. At the same time, change both fists into palms that are separated open to the left and right with the palm centers facing upward. Look forward, as in Figure 139.

(二). 由前式右腿曲膝下坐, 左腳前移, 左膝盖扺右膝窩內, 全身下蹲成坐盤勢, 同時兩掌向上劃圓, 十字相交, 置於胸前, 面南, 目前視, 如圖140。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous posture, bend the knee of the right leg and sit down on it, shifting the left foot forward until the left kneecap is against the pit of the right knee. Squat the whole body down to end in a sitting coiled gesture. At the same time, use both palms to draw a circle up and then cross in an "X" shape in front of the chest. Face the south and look forward, as in Figure 140.
